Dave,

    I just wanted to thank you again for everything that you did for Shae, Logan, and I.  We love our new home, and it was such a great experience working with everyone associated with you.  Dave, you should be very proud of the people that you have working for you, as they all take pride in what they do.  Our house is a home because of all the attention to detail that your crew paid to it. 

    If you chose to use this for a testimonial, I hope that people can understand what a pleasure it is to work with you. The small things like always being there, answering your phone when we have questions, to taking the time to walk through the house multiple times during construction with us, checking on things really made it easy to work with you. Tridoc doesn't stop working with you once the papers are signed and all the money is transferred, and that is what sets them apart from other builders. Any problems that have shown up during or after the walk through, Dave has taken the initiative to fix them without question. 

    In closing, I would just like to personally thank Dave, Julie, Jenna, Jason Crites, Dennis Bricker, all of the framers, bricklayers, drywallers, and plumbers that worked so flawlessly on our home.  My family will welcome anyone who wants to see what a true builders work should look like into our home.  We are very proud to show our home off and Dave, you should be very proud of the finished product that is 1255 Amanda St. S.W.
