* Rent is due by the first day of each month payable to: Massillon Area Storage P.O. Box 1340 Massillon, OH 44648-1340
OR,
* Drop off payment in mail slot in office door at Massillon Area Storage.
OR,
* Auto-charge your Visa or MasterCard monthly.
* Please include unit # on all checks.
* Entrance and exit code will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
* To terminate the lease, call Massillon Area Storage and let us know you are leaving. Clean and sweep your unit, then drop off your key in the mail slot at the office.
* After a satisfactory inspection of your unit, your deposit will be mailed to the address listed on your application.
* If you wish to have your deposit mailed to a different address, please provide that mailing address when dropping off your key in the Massillon Area Storage office mail slot.
* Your lease will continue until your key has been returned.
* NO refunds for early termination.
