How to Get Started

Getting started with TriDoc is very organized and made enjoyable.

The process is something like the following:

* We ask you to fill out a client start sheet by contacting us directly.

* We have a personal meeting. You can bring a copy of the house plan or idea

you would like to build from, or you can select from the many house plans we

have.

* We do a preliminary budget analysis on the house you have selected. If this

meets your requirements, we proceed on the final design of your home.

* We finalize your floor plan.

* We next design the elevations of the exterior.

* The final step would be the design of your mechanical and electrical systems.

* Once your floor plan, exterior elevations, and mechanical/electrical systems

are documented, construction can begin.

At the end of this process you receive the home you dreamed of and enjoy the entire process. Building a home with TriDoc is enjoyable.

What you can expect when building a home:

Usually, any good builder has ongoing projects so cannot start a home immediately. The construction can be generally scheduled in a reasonable time frame once a final decision has been made.

Once construction begins, time to completion may vary from 3 to 5 months depending on the project, the weather, and other variables.
